The wooden soles are true to size, so order your usual size.

If you want to, you can measure and check your feet to make sure you are ordering the correct size as we cannot currently offer free returns or exchanges in the event of poor fitting soles.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE

Even if you know your shoe size, it is best to check the length of your longest foot against the measurements above. You want your longest toe to fill the length of the clog sole (or be no more than 0.5mm shorter than the length of the clog sole).

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT LENGTH

This is easier with someone to help you. Stand barefoot on a piece of paper and draw around your feet. Don't sit down as you want all of your weight on your feet. Then measure from the heel to longest toe of both feet - take the longest measurement to check against the above wooden sole lengths.

If you have very wide feet, don't worry if your feet are wider than the width of the wooden soles - the leather toe pieces will give you some leeway and 'contain' your feet.

PRINT OFF THE WOODEN SOLE OUTLINES

You can print off and stand barefoot on the outlines of each sole size to be extra confident you are ordering the correct size.

Lost and late delivery

Royal Mail does not officially recognise an item as lost until 20 (30 days for overseas).  Therefore, we cannot refund or replace an item until after this time.
