Please be mindful that leather and wood are natural products. Every hide is unique and will have tonal variations, marks or scars which are natural features of the leather.  Wood will also have unique variations and knots.  Over time, your bag and clogs will age beautifully into unique items you can cherish for many years.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 60 days of delivery

I DON'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Digital downloads

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Items to be returned, unused, in original packaging within 60 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, in the original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
