Please be mindful that leather is a natural product. Every hide is unique and will have tonal variations, marks or scars which are natural features of the leather.  Over time, your bag or shoes will age beautifully into a unique item you can cherish for many years.

Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Please ship items back within: 60 days of delivery

I DON'T ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, in the original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
